To Write "THE STREETS, THE SOUNDS, AND THE LOVE" On Her Arms
While it is true that Eyeball Records invented Music, the distribution of CD samplers was, in all actuality, not their idea. Regardless, Eyeball Records now hopes to foster change and charity in the community with the release of a new four volume CD sampler series entitled Eyeball Awareness. Each sampler in the series is dedicated to raising awareness of a serious issue effecting our community as well as outlining how fans can get involved to help make a difference.
We are fortunate enough to be a part of Volume 1, a benefit for To Write Love On Her Arms, a non-profit movement which aims to present hope and find help for young people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. www.twloha.com
This compilation features tracks from 7 Eyeball artists for only $2, with a portion of the proceeds going towards TWLOHA. Please CLICK HERE for more details

Cold-Hearted Video
So last week we planted ourselves in New York City and filmed the video for Cold-Hearted Town! The video is being directed by the young, talented and handsome Kohta Asakura of Zooma Zooma and we are expecting to have it finished for all of you in October. Our good friend Dave Sgalambro was nice enough to take photos during the shoot and Eyeball was nice enough to put them up on their Flickr page for your enjoyment.

We're sad to see them go...
We're sorry to announce that Chris and Jake will be leaving New Atlantic. It is very hard to say goodbye to two of your best friends that have been there to help you build something great out of nothing, but we respect their decisions and wish them both the best. For a personal messages from Chris and Jake, please head to our Myspace blog.
While we're sad to see them go, we have already begun the process of filling their shoes. If you or anyone you know is a talented guitarist or drummer, please hit us up. We will be holding auditions during our free time over the next month or so. However, there are some requirements...
You MUST:
- be over 18 (though we'd prefer 21+)
- have touring experience & be available to tour year round (no work/school)
- writing experience & willing to work with others
- have your own gear
- live or be willing to relocate to the NY/NJ area
- have some sort of recent recording of your playing
- have the ability to learn/practice our songs on your own
- make New Atlantic your priority
If you meet these requirements, please send your Name, Age, Email, Phone #, & Myspace URL (if available) to newatlantic@eyeballrecords.com, with "Guitarist" or "Drummer" in the Subject line.
